Hayfield Blonde
ABV: 4.3%

Light and crisp with a hearty dose of Centennial, Cascade and Willamette hops grown both on our farm and by other New York growers. A perfect beer with which to sit back and enjoy the view on a warm, sunny day.

Old 82
ABV: 5.4%

A golden ale with mild, sweet maltiness. A recipe modeled after beer brewed pre-prohibition. This beer highlights a feral hop we named “Rojer”, a hop variety found growing in Sharon Springs, New York which has been growing there for nearly a century. This hop now grows in our hopyard.  A truly local farm brew, Old 82 also shares its name with our combine used to harvest our first field of barley.

Bale Kicker Porter
ABV: 5.3%

A porter brewed with a variety of five specialty malts including chocolate, caramel and black patent giving it its rich and warm flavors. Finished with Cascade and Willamette hops grown both in our hopyard and New York State.

Eternal Sunshine IPA
ABV 6.0%

A well-balanced IPA jam packed with Mosaic, Centennial and Citra Hops.  An IPA with citrusy, tropical notes and a bitter bite.

Raspberry Wheat
ABV: 4.9%

An easy drinking American wheat ale flavored with real red raspberries giving it its slightly pink hue. A well-balanced ale with a smooth, fruity flavor.

S&S Jefferson Pils
ABV: 4.7%

A classic American Pilsner brewed with New York grown Cascade and Zeus hops. Light, crisp, easy drinking.

Brown Chicken Brown Ale
ABV: 5.0%

This classic American Brown Ale is a true crowd-pleaser. We used a variety of specialty malts to achieve a deep copper color which is balanced by Nugget hops grown in our hop yard.  A brown ale that will bring out the broodiness in you.

Rhode Island Red
ABV: 5.0%

Modeled after a traditional Irish Red, a finely malted ale with an additional touch of Roasted Barley to give the beer its reddish hue. It’s a tad sweet with a lightly hopped tea like flavor and a crisp, clean finish.

Four O’Clock Porter
ABV: 6.0%

Made with coffee, a hint of Dutch cocoa and fresh vanilla beans. Our latest batch is featuring a Sumatran Full-City Roast from Tierra Farm in Chatham, NY.  An organic, fair-trade, shade-grown, single-origin coffee with hints of dark chocolate.

Partly Cloudy IPA
ABV: 6.7%

This small batch IPA features a biodynamically grown pale malt from Hawthorne Valley Farm in Ghent, NY.  This beauty is comprised of Citra Hops and NY State grown Triple Pearl from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery in Wilcott, NY on a family farm that has been operating for 6 generations.

A beautiful setting and delicious brews make this a must visit for serious beer fans. Stopped in yesterday for the first time and it was really neat learning the history of the farm and how they’ve incorporated that into their brewing. Great local brewery run by a fantastic family - I’ll definitely be back!

Am amazing place. The staff are so warm and friendly, and what’s more, so are the patrons (and boy are there a lot!). This seems to be a relic of another era. People are so friendly and sociable, not uptight. Only came here three wks ago, but I love this place.... our new favorite Friday hang. And as a musician, the music is always great.

Took a brewery trip through New England and the biggest surprise was S&S Farm brewery, great beer, food music and more than that was the community. The friends and family were obviously the #1 priority and what an amazing experience. Wish I lived close so I could be there every week. Thanks so much for your hospitality.
